PAYMENTS

All lesson fees must be paid prior to the lesson. The teacher will provide specific payment options.

SCHEDULING

Term Lessons

Term Lessons are for students who wish to have their weekly slot reserved and therefore must commit to all lessons during Term time. Payments can be made at the beginning of each Term (12 to 14 lessons) or at the beginning of each Half-Term (6 to 7 lessons).

Blocks of Lessons

When purchasing a Block of Lessons, all lesson dates must be confirmed before the first lesson.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

General terms

Your lesson is confirmed once a date has been discussed and agreed by both parties. Payment/non-payment is not required for a lesson to be confirmed.

There is a strict 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy on confirmed lessons.

The full cost of the lesson fee will be forfeit in the case that:

1. The lesson is cancelled with less than 48-hours notice, or

2. The student does not attend the lesson

Other terms

For Blocks of Lessons, confirmed lessons cannot be cancelled, but can be rescheduled (‘General terms’ above apply). Lessons must be rescheduled within a 2-week period from the original lesson date and time, and are subject to availability. There is no transfer of any portion of a payment from one block booking to another.

For Term Lessons, only one lesson per Term may be rescheduled (‘General terms’ above apply). Lessons must be rescheduled within the same Term and are subject to availability. There is no transfer of any portion of a payment from one Term to another. If you decide to stop lessons, this can be done in writing up to 1 week before the start of a new Term or Half-Term.

If lessons are cancelled by the teacher, they will be rescheduled; credited to the next Term’s invoice (for Term Lessons only); or refunded.
